Yes. From our Charleston warehouse we pick, pack, and ship DTC orders connected to Shopify, Squarespace, and other ecommerce platforms. We also handle subscription-box builds, branded inserts, kitting, and returns, all in-house.

Yes. While our regional distribution is concentrated in the Southeast, our freight desk books LTL and FTL shipments to all 48 contiguous states. We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

We use FIFO (first-in, first-out) and FEFO (first-expiring, first-out) picking, run regular cycle counts, and track lot and expiration dates as part of every product's intake. Your dedicated account manager keeps you informed if anything is approaching expiration or running low, you'll hear about it before it becomes a problem.
