Our location is especially well-suited for wellness brands importing capsules, raw ingredients, or finished goods through East Coast ports.

We primarily support shelf-stable wellness products: vitamins, supplements, capsules, tablets, powders, gummies, functional foods, beauty and skincare adjacent products, and similar shelf-stable formats. For products requiring refrigeration (certain probiotics or liquid supplements), please contact our team and we will coordinate with partner facilities as needed.

Every inbound shipment is recorded by lot and expiration date at receiving, and FIFO/FEFO (first-in, first-out / first-expiring, first-out) logic is applied at picking so older stock always ships first. Your dedicated account manager keeps you informed — if any lot is approaching expiration, you'll hear about it before it becomes a write-off.

Yes. While our regional distribution is concentrated in the Southeast, our freight desk books LTL and FTL shipments to all 48 contiguous states. We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Our Charleston facility is not currently FDA-registered or cGMP-certified. We provide careful, lot-tracked, expiration-tracked storage and fulfillment by trained staff. If your product requires fulfillment from a registered facility, we can discuss partner options. We're transparent about this because trust matters more than positioning.
